for families to expand artistic horizons; participate in guided mountain hikes or tours; relax during a spa treatment; drop
the children at the Day Camp or take a dip in the modern, family-friendly Pool. Additional Recreation activities include a

Since 1967, Beech Mountain Resort has defined southern skiing. It is the highest ski resort in Eastern North America, located
at 5,506 feet above sea level in the North Carolina mountains. Ski Beech features the only high-speed
quad lift in North Carolina, which gets you to your riding experience faster than any other lift in the area and provides
unforgettable panoramic views. These vistas make going up the mountain nearly as much fun as skiing down. The resort also
offers double-sided trails with the backside Oz Run and spectacular nine runs on the front side of the mountain.
